Spherical bearing


Product introduction:

Spherical bearing is a new type bridge bearing based on Pot rubber bearing. Spherical bearing has its rotation completed by relative sliding of spherical crown and surface. The bearing has its horizontal displacement requirement satisfied by plane sliding between modified ultra-high molecular weight plate and stainless steel plate. TJGZ- Spherical bearing exists in two types: TJGZ-LX-Q Continuous Beam Type spherical bearing and TJGZ-Q Simple-Beam Type spherical bearing. TJGZ- Spherical bearing has four types: fixed bearing (GD), longitudinal flexible bearing (ZX), transverse flexible bearing (HX) and multi-direction flexible bearing (DX). TJGZ- Spherical bearing transmits force evenly, with small driving torque and consistent rotating performance in all directions. It does not use rubber to bear pressure, free from the impact of rubber hardening or ageing on rotating performance. Its design angle can be 0.05rad.

  • Gangwei Section of Fuxia Railway

    Gangwei Section of Fuxia Railway originally is branch port railway built by Zhangzhou government. As an eastern extended Longxia railway, this railway starts from Zhangzhou south station of Xiashen railway, passes through Yancuo, Longhai city, Bangshan, Dongsi, Dongyuan, Fuyuan, Gangwei, and ended at Shenwo station in Houshixiang district of economic and technological development zone of Zhangzhou Bureau Commerce. The total length is about 45.5 km, and distribution line is 4.4 km. Design level is level Ⅱof National railway with a projected speed of 120 kph and total investment of RMB 2.2 billion. The project started on 31st December, 2009, and will be finished in 3 years. Capital fund of this project accounts for 50% of the total investment. This project adopts spherical bearing.

  • Ethiopian Light Rail

    Ethiopian Light Rail has a total length of 30.963km, with east-west line and south-north line. There are 9 bridges, and this project needs 502 small pieces of span box girder. Because of special geographic  position and design of this project, it is unprecedented that the degree of difficulty of construction is great. Mean slope of conveying and erecting girder reach 34‰, and the biggest ramp will reach 55‰; minimum radius of curve of bridge erection is only 200m, and in some individual lots, box girder need to be transported at section where radius of curve of cast-in-situ box girder is 50m and 100m. Therefore the construction faces great difficulty and pressure. This project adopts spherical bearing, which fully affirms our company’s product quality and also enhances our confidence to provide quality products and perfect service to overseas projects.

  • Chengdu-Chongqing Railway

    Chengyu (Chengdu-Chongqing) Railway starts from Chengdu East Railway Station and ends at Chongqing Railway Station. It is 306.432km long (operating length is 307.105km). It introduces the related projects of Chengdu Hub and Chongqing Hub. The project uses spherical bearing.

  • Guiyang-Kaiyang Railway

    Guikai(Guiyang-Kaiyang) Railway is extended from Guiyang Passenger Hub. It connects the whole Sanjiang Farm and a few typical sightseeing places in Kaiyang like Acacia River, Yangchang, and South River Grand together. The project uses spherical bearing.
